1) The following terms are valid for all deliveries, except other conditions are agreed in written form. 2) Products All product specifications are subject to change without notice. Our products are described as accurate as possible, but design improvements require occasional changes. 3) Prices All prices are in Euro exclusive of VAT, which will be added to German customers and customers from member states of the EEC for the case, that the VAT identification no is not provided. Payments are 30 days net. A late payment interest charge of 4% over the discont of the Deutsche Bundesbank will be added. All prices are subject to change without notice. 4) Payment conditions 30 days net. We reserve the right to request prepayment against proforma invoice for new customers and not established accounts. 5) Payment options By cheque drawn on a german bank, by wire transfer to our bank and account as indicated on the invoice. All bank charges are subject of the purchaser. 6) Minimum orders We accept all orders independently of any minimum value. For foreign orders outside Germany we add a handling charge of 13 Euro if the order value is under 300 Euro net. 7) Shipments Shipments are ex works Muehlhausen. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipments will be despatched on most economical method by express courier, air mail, air freight or other methods, depending on volume and destination of the order. Claims for lost or damaged products are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be reported within 8 working days. If the customer establishes that any goods are defective, the seller has the option, to repair the defective good, to replace with a similiar product or allow the customer credit their invoice value. 8) Returns No returns are accepted without prior approval by G.Kisker. G.Kisker is not liable for material which becomes defective through improper storage or handling 9) Product liability All products are for in vitro research only and not intended to be used for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. 10) Retention of Title All products remain the property of G. Kisker until the payment has been remitted in full. | ||
