View shopping cart:

You may view your shopping cart at any time when you click on “proceed to checkout”.



Delete item:

To delete an item from your shopping cart, please click on the shopping cart symbol with the cross (see brown circle).


Order:

Your items are in your shopping cart and you click on "send order". Now you are asked to fill in your contact details. Before your order process is complete you may check over or if needed change your data.

Change / cancellation of the order:

Of course you may change or cancel your order after you have sent your order form and received an confirmation e-mail. To change/cancel your order, please send as soon as possible an e-mail to info@kisker-biotech.com.

Terms of delivery and payment:

Forwarding expenses are individual and can’t be calculated automatically. It basically acts on weight, size of the product and forwarding at home or abroad. If you want to know your forwarding expenses in advance please note it in the comment field during order transaction.
