Quali - Micro Volume Tips
For many application, especially in molecular biological and immunological applications the quality and accuracy of a tip is very important. With our tips you get the highest available quality and reproducability for your experiments:

* the chemistry: 99,9% pure polypropylen, metall free, and free of lubricants, dyes or fillers
* the production: in high diamond polished forms without use of contaminating releasing fluids during the manufactoring, which results in a transparent product and reduces the adherance of liquid to the surface
* the tip-form: exact fitting to pipettes - exact tip orifice and transparency.
* the biology: DNase-, RNase-, pyrogen free
* the bevel: the angel on our beveled tips reduces the surface area of the tip orfice with the receiving vessel. This angel combined with an ultra-thin orfice reduces the effect of liquid samples creeping up the side of the tip ( capillary effect). By reducing this capillary effect our tips dispense more accurate.

* Compatibility:
The universal grip design and the flexible material with a serie of bands produce a positive seal.

Quali - Tips, low retention tips ( fomerly siliconized Tips )
Our 'Low Retention' tips replace the formerly siliconized tips. They are made from high pure polypropylene. The 20µl & 1000µ siliconized tips are beveled, to increase the precision. The 'Low Retention' is based on a a new technology production, where no silicone is added during or after the production, which could disturb in any experiments. This process causes extremly smoth tips and minimises liquid retention. The result is 60% better as with siliconized tips. This product gives the confidence, that the full amount of DNA, enzymes or proteins is captured for testing purposes and provides more reliable results.
The tips are fully autoclavable and certificated DNase-, RNase-, pyrogen- and metall free.

Compatibility: the "bevelled" Tips fit to a wide range of pipettors and are very useful for labs using different brands of pipettors in same lab.

Quali - Standard Tips, bevelled
With this product line we offer very economical tips for standard applications. The new tip VL700G could be improved in quality and shows now graduation. Standard yellow tips are offered as bulk packs only in bags of 1000 Tips and in racks. The blue tips are extra long (86mm), which allows to sample manipulation in deeper tubes.

Quali-Tips Refill- Systems
Our refill-systems are easy to handel, save space, reduce waste and help to preserve environment. Handling is as follows: remove empty insert from rack - take full insert from stack - place insert into the rack- ready for pipetting

Packaging: 5 inserts are placed between base and lid of one rack, so one rack is immediately available to start work without to purchase empty racks
The tips are available in size of 10 µl - 200µl -1200 µl, the stacks are colored for easy identification, for 10 µl brown, for 200 µl blue, 1200 µl green, the racks are tranlucent
