SPEKOL® 1300   The little Giant with great performance
The UV VIS-Spectrophotometer SPEKOL® 1300 is a single-beam-system for the range of 190 -1100 nm with an outstanding price-performance ratio. The ruggedly designed photometer is compact, lightweight and easy to use. The internal RS-232 serial interface enables the instrument to be connected to a printer. 4 nm spectral bandwidth are constant over the entire wavelength range.

Internal Software:

  • Measurement of puruty and concentration of DNA/RNA, Oligos and Protein at 260 and 280 nm.
  • Protein measurement according to Bradford, Lowry and BCA, Cell density measurement
  • Measurement of transmittance, absorbance or concentration via factor, simple atandard or linear calibration.
  • Spectrum scanning, kinetik fixed wavelenght scans with one ort wo additional wavelenghts.
  • Printing of methods and measurement results.
