The UV VIS-Spectrophotometer SPEKOL® 1300 is a single-beam-system for the range of 190 -1100 nm with an outstanding price-performance ratio. The ruggedly designed photometer is compact, lightweight and easy to use. The internal RS-232 serial interface enables the instrument to be connected to a printer. 4 nm spectral bandwidth are constant over the entire wavelength range. Internal Software: Measurement of puruty and concentration of DNA/RNA, Oligos and Protein at 260 and 280 nm. Protein measurement according to Bradford, Lowry and BCA, Cell density measurement Measurement of transmittance, absorbance or concentration via factor, simple atandard or linear calibration. Spectrum scanning, kinetik fixed wavelenght scans with one ort wo additional wavelenghts. Printing of methods and measurement results.
