Quali - qPCR Capillaries
The qPCR capillaries are convient to handle and packed as 2 stackracks, one with the capillaries and one with the caps. Each starter kit contains a transfer pin, which guarantees easy handling and safe closing of the capillaries. To use the capillaries, an reusable rotor-adapter is necessary, which is included also in the starter-kit.

The transparent plastic capillaries have several advantages compared to usualy used glass capillaries:
- more cost effective analysis by reduced costs per analysis
- non breakable, reduces the risk of DNA cross-contaminations by broken glass capillaries
- no change of method by using glass capillaries instead of, no reduction of sensitivity
- higher reaction volume, the capillaries can be filled if necessary up to 50 µl reaction mix, e. g. by adding higher quantity of sample DNA can increase the sensitivity
- sample recovery, the special design of aour capillaries allows you to recover the samples after the q-PCR by using a 10 µl pipet tip
- capillaries and caps are DNase-, RNase- and pyrogenfree.

Quali - PCR Tubes, Single PCR Tubes 0,2 and 0,5 ml
Our PCR tubes and strip tubes are specifically designed for use in PCR machines and thermal cyclers. The tube walls are ultra thin and consistent, to ensure a fast temperature exchange beetween heatingsystem and sample, resulting in faster cycles. The ultrathin PCR tubes are made from high pure polypropylen in high polished moulds and are free of lubricants, dyes, heavy metals or fillers. Like our other PCR products they are certified DNase-, RNase-und pyrogen free. The unique tube design and the longer cap form and seals compared to other tubes ensures a tight fit and avoids sample evaporation.
The PCR tubes are available with a domed cap or flat cap in clear or colored.

Only an uniforme wall thickness ensures accurate temperature transfer and therefor an even and precision cycling - reaction. The tubes can be used with a volume as low as 5µl. The maximum wall thickness diference is only +/- 0,05mm. The low profile of the tube strips improves not only the evaporation characteristics but also the light-gain, necessary for ´Real Time PCR´.

Highest qualitaties of virgin polypropyle ensures a optimum balance between transparency, impact resistance and gas-tightness. These products are DNase-, RNase-, pyrogen free and free of human DNA.
Cap Strip
Our flat and thin wall cap ensures fast heating of the entrapped air and limits any condensation to a minimum. Furthermore, it is extremly clear, allowing external monitoring of the tube´s content without opening. The extra wide optical areas ensure the highest maximum light transference which improves the minimum detection limit. Material
High quality polypropylene garantes transparency and gas tightness, tubes are DNase-, RNase-, pyrogen free and free of human DNA. The Tubes have a better flexibility, which avoids cracking or other damages under higher pressure.
Cap
Our flat and thin wall cap ensures fast heating of the entrapped air and limits any condensation to a minimum. The dome like shape of the cap improves, in combination with sealing bands, the closure and condensation characteristics, while the flat frosted part of the cap may be written on for identification purposes.

Finally, the cap is equipped with a so - called ´Anti-Contamination-Tab´, that eliminates the effect of sample-to-sample carry-over generated by manual opening.

MiniSealer
Heat sealing is the most effective method for sealing PCR-Plates (96- and 384 Well) and deep-well/-storage-plates. Cristallography- and RT-PCR-plates can also sealed with adhesive-films without heat, eliminating fingerprints which could disturb optical clarity or view field.
The MiniSealer table-top sealer is a semi-automated system. It can be used with most brands and sizes of plates.
Operation is simple:the plate is located with the film on top on the stainless steel carrier, set time and temperature and press the start button. The heating block is automatically lowered into contact with film and plate. Temperature and on hold time are microprocessor controled. When the cycle is complete after 1-4 seconds, the block is raised, allowing access to the seale plate.
The system is delivered with an universal support block for SBS footprint plates and a support block for 96-well half and full-skirt plates.

384 PCR Plate
The 384 PCR plate is manufactured for "High Throughput Screening" laboratories. The maximum well capacity is 40µl with a working volume of 25µl to accomodate additional DNA replication. The 384 PCR plate is complete compatible with 384 thermal cyclers, like Perkin Elmer 9700, Techne, Hybaid. The surface of the plate is embossed with an alpha-numeric grid for easy well location. The conical flat bottom well ensures even aspiration and the clarity of this ultra pure polypropylen is unsurpassed. They also can be easily labeled for bar coding in robotersystems. Quali - Deep Well Plates
These plates are produced from high pure polypropylene, which is autoclavable. The 96 wells are compatible with multi-channel pipettors and can be used with roborters. As the plates have cylindrcyl walls with round bottom wells, the samples can be repipetted completely, which is not possible with square form wells.

The deep well plates are stackable and cerfified DNase, RNase- pyrogen and metal free, which is ideal for DNA/RNA assays and other enzyme tests.The plates are chemical resistant and widestand deep temperatures up to - 80°C

To close plates, we offer different alternatives as our self adhesive PP and Alu films and autoclavable and piercable high pure silicon mats. The silicon mats are also freezable and feature an alphanumeric grid system.

This 96-well SBS standard "Sitting Drop" HTP protein crystallography plate is made of optical clear polystyrene. The buffer well has a novel D-form geometry located on the right, with the elevated round shape protein well located to the left. The plate can be filled manualy with pipettors or with robotic systems.
The plate is sealed with optical clear sealing films as our Ultra-Clear Film cat.# G060/UC-RT
To avoid fingerprints on the film, which could interfere with optical clarity, we recommend the use of our semi automatic MiniSealer

Crystal Recognition Software
Crystal Recognition Software (CRS) is an automated crystal-detection tool designed for integration in a HTP crystallography process. This Software was developed by scientists at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), participants in one of the nine US-government founded Protein Structure Initiative (PSI) centers. CRS can be integrated into any existing imaging system.

Structural Genomic Process: the typical workflow of protein crystallography involves thousands of tredious and time-consuming observations and scoring of crystallisation experiment. In HTP production observing and scoring crystallisation experiments quickly becomes the most labor-intensive part of the work load. Now, CRS will perform all of the work for you. All you need to do is go see the pictures of the deteced crystals and give a final confirmation.
