These disposable counting chambers are designed for use with the EVE, Countess I and Countess II automatic cell counters. These disposable optical plastic (quartz grade) counting chambers eliminate the need for washing and reduce the risk of contamination. They also ensure reproducibility and reliability of the results. • Sample volume: 10 µl • Colouring method : Trypan blue • Dimensions: 75 x 25 x 1.8 mm • Compatible with EVETM automatic cell counter, Countess and Countess II
This disposable counting chamber is a single-use product with two counting chambers or 4 counting chambers (M-NZ-4CH) made of plastic with quartz properties, designed for normalised and standardised counting. The handling is simple: 10 µl of the cell suspension are applied to the chip and counted. The coordinate system corresponds exactly to the "Neubauer Improved" counting chamber. It consists of nine squares of 1 x 1 mm each with 0.1 mm depth. Each square has a total volume of 0.1 mm³ or 10-⁴ cm³. The central square is divided into 25 small squares with triple lines and the 4 corner squares are divided into 16 small squares.
