These unique micro test plate thermal shakers combine shaking and heating. The devices can either shake or temper two or four microtest plates, or shake / temper simultaneously at an amplitude of 2 mm. Heating is carried out from both the platform and the heatable lid, thus preventing possible evaporation of the samples. Heating on both sides guarantees very good temperature stability with a low evaporation rate. Fields of application are immunochemistry, protein biochemistry, cytochemistry and molecular biology. All electronic functions including the 96-hour timer are microprocessor controlled.
